“As someone who was into my personal physical fitness years ago, but over time has let myself go, this program was perfect for me to get back into a healthy lifestyle. The workouts are easy enough to follow and hard enough to feel the burn. for years, I have been searching for programs and workouts to get back what I once had, but nothing seemed to stick, TILL NOW! This program that Justin and Kathleen has provided really brought back a motivation and drive that I have lost for years. I really appreciate the modified versions of the different movements since I live in an apartment and do not want to make too much noice, so following the modified workouts really help with the noise control! Also, I've been doing the program with my younger brother and he says its also a really good workout for him as well. About a year ago, he tore his ACL and is currently in physiotherapy getting back into shape. Since his injury, he has been in a slump when it came to his health, and gained over 20-30lbs. However, since we started this program, both him and I have lost 5lbs each and it is only our 5th day within the program. SOOOO if that doesn't speak volumes on how great this workout is, then I don't know what else will. “I purchased about a week ago and have been putting off starting through fear of not being able to do any of it. The last 5 years I have been so sedentary due to stage IV endometriosis and adenomyosis that I have put on 30kgs. I live with daily chronic pain that leaves me unable to walk many days and at my worst, it hurts to breathe. Today I spent in bed due to leg pain and I've felt flat. However, something within made me take a look at day 1, and wow - this really is for beginners! Even through leg pain and limping all day, I was able to do this! It hurt, but felt bloody good to just move! I've achieved something today, and not just this workout - I've shown myself I can move my body despite the chronic pain I live with and feel great doing it! Thank you Justin for taking the time to help people like me...I had given up on my body completely as it has failed me so much these last years, but now I have cracked the self belief (still a ways to go) that I am in control of my body, and not the other way around.     Yes, if you purchased the plan you will have unlimited access to the program.

  • How can I stream the course?

    The course can be streamed through this website after login. If you have a smart TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, it can also be projected onto your television.

  • Will I be charged again after the first payment?

    No, It is a one-time payment for each course.

  • Do you have a Canadian store?

    If you live outside the US, you can still purchase the plan. Prices are in USD. A Canadian/International store is currently in construction.

Coach Bio:

Justin Agustin is a certified fitness trainer. In 2015, he founded a group fitness class called "RF" that focused on outdoor bodyweight exercises to help improve strength and mobility. He created the Absolute Beginner Course to help beginners start or continue their fitness journey from the comfort of their home during these uncertain times. He has been featured by popular brands like Buzzfeed, TED, Nifty, Popsugar, and Glam, and made television appearances on CityNews, and Global Morning News.
