    There is no expiry date to the plan. You can go at your own pace and retake the course as many times as needed.

    No. It is a one time payment.

  • How can I watch the videos?

    The videos can be streamed through your internet browser after logging in.

  • Do you have a Canadian store?

    If you live outside the US, you can still purchase the plan. Prices are in USD. A Canadian/International store is currently under construction.

  • Are your workouts safe?

    The routines featured in this program are all lower impact exercises to typical plans. That being said, nothing comes without risk. Please consult your doctor before starting to see if this plan is a right fit for you.
